What to Do When You Screw Up with a Client Project- Ep 152

What do you do when you make a mistake with a freelance client? It happens to us all, and the way that you deal with it is what is most important.

 

Today I will share the four steps to dealing with mistakes, how to analyze what went wrong, and how to set up systems in your freelance business to ensure that it doesn’t happen again with the client or other clients that you work with.
