This video recording will introduce you to my Friday Review System which draws on David Allen’s Getting Things Done philosophy. This system requires that you dedicate a certain amount of time every week on taking stock of where you and your team are vis-a-vis your planned tasks for the week, decide on task assignments for the following week and ensure that all blockers are cleared.
